We take great pride in producing high quality soy candles. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Slight variations from product to product are considered part of the unique nature of handcrafted products and are to be expected. Our Products cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless damaged in transit. By purchasing our products you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products purchased. 

In the event the package is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately with proof in a picture at zyrywellness@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
